The quality control of raw materials and final products is in accordance with the requirements of the standard and quality of the production context. Laboratory equipment within the required standards for each type of pipe or joint is available in the laboratory of quality control of the Company

MFI

This device is used to test the melt flow index on raw materials and the final product (pipe) after production. The acceptable range of this test is between 0.2 and 0.7 grams per 10 minutes.

OVEN

The OVEN is used to test the thermal return of the final product of the pipe. The acceptable range of this test is less than 0.3

TENSILE

This test is used to measure the elongation at break of the pipe product. The acceptable range is greater than and equal to 350%.

density meter

This test is used to measure the density of the raw materials and the final product of the pipe and to measure the weight of the material in the MFI and OIT tests.

Burst and hydrostatic pressure test device with hot and cold tanks

This device is used to test the hydrostatic pressure and momentary pressure on the pipe product in hot and cold water using 100-1000-186-hour tests at 20 and 80 degrees Celsius.

Electric furnaces

This device is used to test the percentage of CARBON BLACK in pipes and raw materials. The acceptable CARBON BLACK percentage is in the range of 2.5-2%.

DSC

This device is used to test the oxidation resistance against temperature when the product and raw materials are exposed to oxygen at a constant temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and must show resistance for more than 20 minutes.

MICROSCOPE

This test is used to measure the density of the raw materials and the final product of the pipe and to measure the weight of the material in the MFI and OIT tests.
